I ordered a bracelet from them on - line last Friday . It arrived on Tuesday because of Bank Holiday Monday.The package contained a gift wallet. The bracelet is great. I also received a email asking if I was pleased with my purchase! I'm not used to such consideration from companies. Would definitely recommend them. I must visit the shop some time. 😊
I love this shop! Whilst I was admiring the beaded charm bracelets I mentioned to the lovely lady who runs Olivia & Smith (Kerry) that I adore them but only wear gold jewellery, which they didn't have in and I have also not seen elsewhere. She immediately offered to make me one especially!
The next day I received a text with multiple charm options that she could source, once I had chosen which i liked it was ready for me to collect in a couple of days!

They've found exactly what I was after when i wanted to buy gifts for people, an almost instinctive knowledge of what someone might be after and also fantastic advice as well.

Olivia and Smith store is in Hoole and I would highly recommend for gifts! I still managed to get some presents but couldn't resist buying one the bracelets for myself! Loved it and was only £16...absolute bargain!!! I would have paid over £40 for something similar elsewhere.
Fabulous store with such friendly staff and simply wonderful prices!
